From recruitment activities to training initiatives, you will gain hands-on experience in the core areas of Human Resources within a dynamic, international environment. Key Performance Areas Support the development and implementation of training plans and funded training projects ; Assist with HR management and employee engagement initiatives , ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience; Recruitment activities : craft and publish job postings, screen CVs, and support the selection process; Collaborate with the administration team to ensure compliance during onboarding and prepare intern contracts; Create reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint . Requirements Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Good communication and problem-solving abilities; Proficiency in English and Italian; Knowledge of MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook); Empathetic, open-minded, and collaborative, with a positive attitude; Appreciated previous experience in HR departments.
