Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa, struttura 5 stelle lusso nel cuore di Milano, è alla ricerca di una figura di Reservation Agent da inserire all’interno del proprio staff. La figura ricercata si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Aggiornare disponibilità e prezzi delle camere sulle principali piattaforme online;Gestire le richieste di informazioni e di prenotazioni via telefono e via mail;Raccogliere il maggior numero di informazioni possibili sull’ospite e condividerle con gli altri reparti della struttura (housekeeping, room service, ecc.) per assicurare allo stesso un soggiorno di qualità;Inserire le prenotazioni a sistema e provvedere all’assegnazione della camera più adatta alle esigenze dell’ospite;Rispettare gli standard Leading nello svolgimento delle proprie attività.Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: Pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni in contesti similari;Ottime capacità organizzative e di negoziazione;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera costituirà un plus;Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office; la conoscenza del gestionale Opera costituisce un plus;Conoscenza del mercato turistico Italiano e dei flussi di domanda nelle grandi città. Completano il profilo: precisione, entusiasmo, attitudine al problem solving, capacità di relazionarsi con clientela internazionale esigente, una naturale inclinazione all’ospitalità di lusso ed una naturale predisposizione al rapporto interpersonale. Residenza e/o domicilio in loco o in zone limitrofe costituiranno titolo preferenziale.
