We are looking for a Retail Operations Manager with a solid background in operational excellence to support the efficiency and compliance of our global store network across EU and US.In this role, you will ensure the consistent execution of operational processes, manage store-related procedures, and support cross-functional initiatives to improve retail performance. You will work closely with Store Managers and internal departments to guarantee smooth daily operations and a consistent in-store experience.What you’ll do:Design, implement, and optimize operational procedures and tools to improve store efficiencyCoordinate and oversee all operational aspects of store openings, relocations, and refurbishmentsMonitor stock management processes, physical inventory, and loss preventionEnsure proper implementation of corporate standards, policies, and systems in storesManage retail budgets for supplies, uniforms, and services, ensuring cost control and timely executionAct as the key contact for operational issues, providing hands‑on support and solutionsCollaborate with IT and Retail teams on optimization of POS systems and back‑office toolsSupport the digitalization of retail operations by identifying process automation opportunities, enabling data‑driven decisions, and integrating new retail technologiesDeliver training and support to store teams on operational procedures and systemsSupport sustainability‑related initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirementsWhat we’re looking for:Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the fashion/luxury sectorStrong organizational and problem‑solving skillsExperience with digital tools and operational systems in retail environments (e.g. ERP, POS, stock management platforms)Excellent communication and project management abilitiesFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken); other languages are a plusProactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlinesWillingness to travel regularlyWhat we offer:Benefits: monthly lunch tickets, company laptop, discounts to our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks in the form of local discounts and offersLearning & Development Programs: continuous learning experience with TLG University and The Breakfast Club projectsBe part of theyoung (31 on avg.) and international (30+nationalities) #TLGpeople groupand work in a dynamic and fast‑moving environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
