Want to join us?What You Will Do Manage hotel reservations through ourProperty Management System (PMS)andChannel Manager . Assist customers across multiple communication channels:email ,phone , and WhatsApp, ensuring a smooth and positive booking experience. Respond tocustomer inquiriespromptly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful information. Handleincoming calls(quotes, information requests, assistance) and convert them into direct bookings. Analyze workflows and tools used within the team and proposeoperational and AI-based solutionsto speed up response times and increase resolution rates. Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams toimprove our services and products .We’re a great fit if you have Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. A degree in Communication, Languages, Tourism Management, or a related field. Strong proficiency inEnglish and Spanish .⭐How we work We valuespeed over perfection .
