This is a unique high-impact position suitable for sales leaders who crave challenges and autonomy. You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure.Main responsibilitiesPartnership Development: Proactively identify, approach, and build strong relationships by Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs. Maintain high outreach velocity and continuously expand a quality partner network.Business Growth & KPI Achievement: Drive regional performance by enhancing key metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND). Treat ND as a core revenue-linked indicator and deliver measurable business impact.Full BD Process Ownership: Independently manage the entire BD lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance. Ensure fast execution and a healthy pipeline.Client & Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners. Increase engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive and high-frequency communication.Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behaviour, and market dynamics in the local region. Provide actionable insights and identify new partnership opportunities.Localized Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives. Ensure smooth and effective execution across Italian-speaking markets.
