Per azienda cliente, assicuratore internazionale specializzato in polizze per fusioni e acquisizioni (M&A), sono alla ricerca di un Fiscalista M&A, che assumerà il ruolo di Tax Underwriter e unirà la competenza fiscale tecnica alla valutazione e gestione dei rischi assicurabili.ResponsibilitiesCondurre Tax Due Diligence su target M&A, identificando rischi fiscali e passività potenziali.Valutare il rischio fiscale derivante dalle operazioni e stimarne impatto e probabilità.Tradurre i risultati della due diligence in coperture assicurative ad hoc (W&I, Tax Liability, Contingent Risk).Supportare il processo di underwriting, interfacciandosi con assicuratori e broker.Redigere report e memorandum fiscali per clienti, team interni e assicuratori.Monitorare l’evoluzione normativa e fornire input per mitigare rischi fiscali.Your ProfileLaurea in Economia o Giurisprudenza.Abilitazione alla professione di Dottore Commercialista o Avvocato.Esperienza pregressa di circa tre anni in Transaction Services / M&A Tax / Deal Advisory presso Big4.Capacità di gestire interlocuzioni con clienti, broker e assicuratori.Mandatoria la conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata.I candidati, nel rispetto del D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 e D.lgs 216/2003, sono invitati a leggere l’informativa sulla privacy consultabile sotto il form di richiesta dati della pagina di candidatura (Regolamento UE n. 2016/679).Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesHuman Resources Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
