A., a medical device manufacturing and selling company, is looking for a full time Executive and Business Assistant On-Site (Smart-Working not Applicable).The resource, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will ensure effective support to the Director and facilitate the smooth organization of the director's activities.Responsibilities & Objectives:Manage the Director's agenda and coordinate business tripsPrepare documentation for digital presentations and support the director in meeting preparationsCollect, interpret and summarize quantitative and qualitative data for the managementDraft clear and structured reports documents for the managementAssist in organizing travel, meetings, and expense reimbursements for the directorFacilitate internal and external communications for the directorThe profile will be asked to have a proactive approach, trying to understand business needs and requirements appropriately Soft Skills:Strong communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsTime management & prioritizationDiscretion and confidentialityAttention to detailSolutions orientedProactive approach Qualifications:Education: University Degree in Business Administration, a Biomedical or Biology field would be considered aswellLanguages: Fluent in English and Italian. French and any other language skill will be appreciatedExperience: 2/3 years experience in administrative support roles would be preferredTechnical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
