Job DescriptionThe RoleReporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Sales Upsell Leader, you will benLeading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists , ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approachDefining the Upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate.Promoting a consultative sales model , helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business.Analyzing portfolio data , identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials.Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs , ensuring accurate forecasting.QualificationsWe are looking for3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales,
