If you like challenges and would love to be part of one of the fastest growing B2B scale‑ups, then BizAway is the company you have been looking for .ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients in the BENELUX market, ensuring satisfaction, renewal, and upsell opportunities.Deliver seamless onboarding by tailoring BizAway’s onboarding resources (guides, webinars, playbooks, training sessions) to each client’s needs.Track client health through usage data, dashboards, and NPS/CSAT surveys; anticipate risks and mitigate churn.Drive adoption of BizAway’s platform, ensuring clients maximize value from our solutions.Proactively identify and act on upsell opportunities to expand client usage and revenue.Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure a smooth client experience and bring client feedback into the business.Proactively suggest actions and campaigns to improve the customer journey and enhance growth.Basic QualificationsFluent in English and Dutch.1+ years of experience in B2B
