As innovators in the hair and nail industry Wella Company empowers its people to delight consumers inspire beauty professionals engage communities and deliver sustainable growth to its stakeholders.For additional information about the Wella Company please visit .THE ROLE & OPPORTUNITY : The HR Senior Manager Italy is a member of the Southern Europe People team with specific responsibility for implementing and overseeing HR strategies for the markets ensuring alignment with global guidelines and local business needs. This role plays a pivotal part in driving effective HR processes supporting business growth fostering talent development and promoting an inclusive high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities1. HR Leadership & StrategyAct as a strategic business partner to the Country Manager and the local Leadership Team.Lead organizational and cultural transformation initiatives to support business evolution.2. Work closely with the Wella COEs (Talent Acquisition Total Rewards HRIS Learning & Development) to align with global process & strategy and customize for the local market where needed.3. Employee & Labor RelationsManage relationships with trade unions and lead collective bargaining negotiations.Ensure a positive work environment in compliance with Italian labor laws.Handle complex employee relations cases including disputes and disciplinary actions.4. Performance & DevelopmentOversee Performance Management and People Review processes.Design and implement training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.5. Compliance & LegalEnsure compliance with Italian labor health and safety regulations.Advise management on legislative changes and their impact on HR policies.6. HR Analytics & ReportingAnalyze HR KPIs (e.g. turnover engagement workforce costs) and provide strategic insights.Prepare regular reports for local and regional leadership teams.7. Payroll & People AdministrationWork with People Support Center to enable smooth payroll cycles and administrative processes.Provide forecast of People CostEnsure data quality and accuracyRole RequirementsEducation: Degree in Economics Law or related fields; Masters in HR Management preferred.Experience: 810 years in HR roles with at least 35 years in managerial positions.Proven experience in multinational and complex organizational environments.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and industrial relations; Familiarity with HRIS systems and data analytics tools.Cultural approach: Collaborative way of working; Able to switch from Strategic thinking to operational tasks; Can-do attitude; Change agent.Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is a must.Core CompetenciesStrategic HR Business PartneringOperational knowledgeLeadership & Influencing SkillsChange ManagementResults Orientation & Problem-SolvingEmployment Type : Full TimeVacancy : 1#J-18808-Ljbffr
