About the Role and Team We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager Shipping to lead shipping operations and strategy in Italy. This is a visible role with a dual responsibility: (i) driving operational excellence working both autonomously and as a critical connector between internal teams and external partners, and (ii) leading third-party partnerships and negotiations, including identifying and building new collaborations with carriers and other potential partners. You will be the key local expert on shipping, translating the realities of the Italian logistics ecosystem into actionable solutions for eBay. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and optimize shipping programs and partnerships, while also finding opportunities to expand into adjacent areas such as payments, buyer/seller trust.
