OverviewThe Dairy - Technical Sales Lead - West based at Kolhapur will be aligned to Cargill's Feed Nutrition business in India. In this role you will assist commercial team members with technical solutions and support interactions with clients and prospective customers to help them understand how the company can provide solutions for them and improve profitability. You will assist to ensure new technologies and tools are utilized to provide competitive, customer-focused solutions.ResponsibilitiesAssist more commercial team members to establish and cultivate effective partnerships with customers to maintain existing business and gain new ones.Manage product demonstrations and trials of products and ensure work according to required specifications.Work with key decision makers for the new product development process and analyze their needs for proper product positioning.Assist with commercial prospecting and anticipate technological developments led by more senior team members.Data analysis and interpretation of data at individual farm, village and district level.Identify and gather information on customer requirements and recommend appropriate service and product.Support sales efforts to understand and solve basic customer issues following established process.Support cross-functional teams including strategic marketing technology to develop and proof new products.Provide technical training to the commercial team.Assist sales support team by providing necessary technical support information for preparing quotes.Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications: Master\'s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Must be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.Preferred Qualifications: Years of experience: 0 - 2 years.
