**EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**:
Per il nostro ufficio Commerciale stiamo selezionando un/una **Export Customer Service Specialist** che gestisca i rapporti con i clienti e fornisca loro assistenza durante le fasi di trattativa commerciale e di post-vendita, garantendo un servizio efficiente e puntuale.
**Responsabilità**
- Gestire la ricezione, l’inserimento, il monitoraggio e l’evasione degli ordini.
- Interfacciarsi con clienti e distributori esteri per fornire supporto, chiarimenti e aggiornamenti sullo stato degli ordini e delle spedizioni.
- Gestire eventuali non conformità, resi e reclami, garantendo una risoluzione efficace nel rispetto delle policy aziendali.
- Collaborare con le altre funzioni aziendali per evadere tempestivamente le richieste dei clienti.
- Supportare l’Area Manager nel monitoraggio delle attività di vendita e nella predisposizione della reportistica.
**Si richiede**
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in ruolo analogo.
- Buona conoscenza generale del pacchetto Office e, in particolare, di Excel.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e, preferibilmente, del tedesco.
- Ottime capacità relazionali e di problem solving.
