For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for an **IT Site Leader** to be hired with a permanent contract within the Info Technology department. **J&J Technology Site Leader** **Responsibilities**: - Actively own the Plant Ecosystem as a JJT Site Leader for ownership of local products and work toward redefining to a platform or standard product according to JJT MAKE Vision and maturity strategy - Lead / Support all related Project and Portfolio Implementations and related investments incl. External Manufacturing for the Plant - Drives collaboration and execution with internal and external partners - Program and Service Manager: Tracks progress of product development and deployment using Agile Release Management - Passionately owns and role models diversity & inclusion - In Collaboration with the technical support team, responds to user problems, explains new technologies, and presents solutions - Forms positive relationships with internal business partners by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively - Coordinates and leads discussions as a point of contact for the onboarding of new departments or organizations - Effective teamwork on quality/compliance/ cyber security remediation and improvement initiatives - Implementation of training programs that meet the needs of business partners and improve overall quality and compliance and support audits - Successful implementation of process and system improvement projects - Budget, estimate the return on investment and business value, secure funding, plan and execute initiatives of digital transformation, data strategy, and advanced analytics as well as TLM activities partnering with business and IT teams - Prioritizes product demand & backlog - understand economic models to handle prioritization and applies systems thinking **Qualifications** Required**: - Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or related field - Good Eye For Business & Communication skills.
