Elaborare tutte le richieste di prenotazione, le modifiche e le cancellazioni ricevute per telefono, fax o posta.

Identificare le esigenze di prenotazione degli ospiti e determinare il tipo di camera appropriato.

Verificare la disponibilità della tipologia di camera e della tariffa.

Spiegare le garanzie, le tariffe speciali e le politiche di cancellazione.

Accogliere e documentare richieste speciali.

Rispondere a domande su strutture/servizi della proprietà e sistemazioni in camera.

Utilizzare tecniche di vendita per massimizzare le entrate.

Inserire e accedere ai dati nel sistema di prenotazione. Indicare i tipi di prenotazione di camere speciali (ad es. camere gratuite, sconti per i dipendenti, tariffe per le ispezioni degli agenti di viaggio e prenotazioni all'ingrosso) inserendo il codice e la tariffa corretti nel sistema di prenotazione.

Seguire le corrette procedure di escalation di fronte alle preoccupazioni degli ospiti.

Seguire tutte le politiche e le procedure aziendali; garantire che l'aspetto uniforme e personale sia pulito e professionale; mantenere la riservatezza delle informazioni proprietarie; proteggere i beni aziendali. Accogliere e riconoscere tutti gli ospiti secondo gli standard aziendali; anticipare e soddisfare le esigenze di servizio degli ospiti; ringraziare gli ospiti con sincero apprezzamento. Parla con gli altri utilizzando un linguaggio chiaro e professionale; preparare e rivedere i documenti scritti in modo accurato e completo; rispondere al telefono usando l'etichetta appropriata. Sviluppare e mantenere rapporti di lavoro positivi con gli altri; team di supporto per il raggiungimento di obiettivi comuni; ascoltare e rispondere in modo appropriato alle preoccupazioni degli altri dipendenti. Rispettare le aspettative e gli standard di garanzia della qualità. Svolgere altre mansioni lavorative ragionevoli come richiesto dai supervisori.
