International Logistics Intern

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an International Logistics Intern - for our team based in Pomezia - who will support Logistics department in the management of international shipments, warehouse activities and relationships with customers, suppliers, and other departments in accordance with local and international trade regulations.
Main duties will focus on the planning of inbound/outbound shipments, documentation compliance and warehouse operations management.
**Duties**:
- Assist Logistics team in organizing the inbound/outbound shipments and processes
- Providing general support and assistance to the logistics team
- Optimization of freight forwarding costs and service types
- Creating and reviewing reports of freight shipment, volumes and supplier service level
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
- Filing, archiving and transport documentation management
**Education Degree**:
- Bachelor's Degree**Required Experience**:
- Ability to work in team
- Fluent English written and spoken;
- Critical thinking, problem solving and proactivity
- Strong communication and analytical skills:
- Proficiency in the usage of Office programs ( with a focus on Excel)
**Working conditions**:
We will offer a 6 months internship.
We will guarantee a monthly contribution in accordance with the regional law on internships.
