Open Hub: spazio di coworking e community hub nel cuore di Milano **ROLE & TEAM** Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un* **Legal Intern** (M/F/x) che entri a far parte del nostro eccezionale dipartimento Growth, supportando e contribuendo attivamente alle attività quotidiane e ai progetti speciali del team. **Le tue principali attività saranno**: - Segreteria societaria e corporate governance: tenuta libri sociali; assistenza nella redazione di verbali; conferimento e revoca procure; - Contrattualistica: redazione e revisione di contratti commerciali, finanziari e real estate; - Assistenza su operazioni di M&A; - Supporto sui temi legali di compliance (privacy e 231); - Redazione e revisione di accordi di riservatezza; - Ricerca, approfondimenti legali e redazione di procedure. **Requisiti** - Laurea in Giurisprudenza; - Esperienza pregressa; - Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1 o C2); - Ottime abilità organizzative; - Attenzione al dettaglio; - Predisposizione a lavorare in team; - Problem solving; - Buon voto di laurea (possibilmente sopra 102). **BENEFITS** - Rimborso spese competitivo; - Telefono aziendale e laptop; - Hybrid working (in parte da casa, in parte presso i nostri nuovi uffici in MM3 Porta Romana); - Crescita professionale scalabile; - Ambiente di lavoro dinamico, giovane ed internazionale; Persone Lavorerai con colleghi di grande talento- Disclaimer: In Joivy we celebrate Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging.
