**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Product Owner skills to lead multiple projects in our rapidly expanding portfolio. By Q1 2025, you'll be managing three active projects, taking full end-to-end ownership from conception to delivery.

The role combines project management and product ownership responsibilities, including detailed task creation, quality assurance, and swift execution across all projects. You'll focus on new product development while maintaining oversight of existing products.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Process Management**:

- Build and optimize development teams.
- Establish efficient project management processes.
- Resolve issues independently.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

**Product Development**:

- Lead cross-functional teams through product lifecycles.
- Manage backlog, sprints, and KPIs.
- Create and manage Jira tasks.
- Run Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure rapid, quality execution.

**Strategic Planning**:

- Maintain 2+ week planning horizon.
- Set clear priorities and objectives.
- Lead team planning sessions.
- Document upcoming work.
- Identify and address potential blockers.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have Hard Skills**:

- Proven track record of building and scaling teams from scratch.
- Experience in establishing and optimizing development processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with evidence of independent decision-making.
- Expertise in full lifecycle tech product development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical capabilities.

**Must-Have Soft Skills**:
