Riportando al SMB Inside Sales Manager, svolgerà un'intensa attività di contatto telefonico sui portafogli di clienti assegnati. con la responsabilità di valorizzarne al meglio il potenziale ed al tempo stesso acquisire nuovi clienti.
In linea con le direttive della SMB Inside Sales Manager e nel rispetto delle Best Practice di Gruppo, svolgerà l’attività al fine di:
- Raggiungere gli obiettivi di fatturato e margine sul portafoglio clienti assegnato;
- Riattivare e fidelizzare i clienti in portafoglio;
- Quotare i prodotti;
- Predisporre offerte di vendita personalizzate;
- Identificare, tramite un’intensa attività telefonica, i bisogni del cliente in modo da migliorare le attività di cross-selling e di up-selling
- Garantire lo sviluppo del potenziale di vendita;
- Analisi di vendita e quotazioni utili alla miglior gestione del cliente.
**REQUISITI E COMPETENZE RICHIESTI**:
- Forte predisposizione alla vendita telefonica;
- Buona attitudine alla relazione interpersonale;
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative
- Predisposizione al lavoro di team
- Tenacia e abilità nella negoziazione telefonica;
- Spiccato problem solving e buona gestione del tempo;
- Buona conoscenza Excel
- Preferibile conoscenza di SAP
