Digital Business Data Scientist

To strengthen our global Digital Business Development team, we are looking for a
- **data scientist** to shape Loacker’s analytics and insights roadmap, ensuring that all data outputs are fit for purpose within the business. As we grow the data that we hold on our customers and consumers through various channels and data sources, a greater need to utilise data to inform decisions has been identified. Working with various markets and areas of the business you will support the brand by generating tailored and actionable insights to help better serve our customers and consumers, ultimately increasing consumer advocacy of the brand.**YOUR TASKS**
- Support in leading the customer and consumer data analysis strategy and roadmap
- Helping to define the analytics maturity roadmap
- Develop KPIs to accurately reflect the performance of Loacker’s teams
- Identifying key opportunities within the business via the customer and consumer data available
- Discover, Define and Build always on and automated reports in line with the strategic reporting capabilities identified
- Customer and consumer level analytics, deliver easily digestible analysis that generates tangible benefits across customer and consumer engagement, advocacy and commercial
- Work alongside Loacker’s Digital Business Development team to identify and build out always on data pipelines between key data sources and Loacker’s analytics environment
- Supporting developing “Best Practice” ways of working between internal and external parties
- Ensuring the quality of data logged in systems is of an actionable and reliable level
- Curate and clean reports ready for use by other departments within Loacker
- Support the Global CRM and ECOM team within the Digital Business Development department in identifying key opportunities for improvement and optimization of crucial capabilities
- Utilise classic analytics techniques (regression, clustering) as well as champon new once (Machine Learning and AI) to help identify and address key challenges within the business and to help inform Loacker’s sales and marketing strategy
- Be curious about the ever-evolving analytics space, continued self-development and knowledge building

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Several years of experience within the data science/analysis field in similar roles
- Experience in supporting the realization of CRM and/or ECOM visions by providing sound and reliable data analysis and insights frameworks and solutions
- Technical skills covering Microsoft’s analysis suite such as Excel and PowerBI
- Exposure to Web Analytics services (Google Data Studio, Google Analytics) with proven ability to provide actionable insight
- Strong knowledge and experience with MarTech platforms as well as E-Commerce products
- Be a fast learner to understand our business, its value drivers and the data it generates
- Self-motivated and self-managing, proactive and with strong organizational skills
- An inclination towards communication, inclusion, and visibility
- Excellent knowledge of English and one language among Italian or German
