**What are we looking for?**

Job Specifications

**Experience**:
Over 8 years operations experience in Remittance, Loans, Trade Finance, Deposit and Account service
Over 3 years manager and team leader experience

Education Background & required Knowledge:
Bachelor Degree on International Trade/ Business Administration/Finance

Other Knowledge:
Good knowledge and familiar with China banking regulations, reporting system and banking practices.
PC skills

Languages:
Native Mandarin required
Good command of written and spoken English required

Personality:
Well organized and able to work under stress
Be able to work independently and efficiently
Good communications skills and resourceful

**Overview**

Responsible for all duties related to Operations in the Branch

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support to business units,
Ensure safe and efficient operations.
Establish and update operation policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with group and local compliance regulations
Complete various regulatory, internal audit inspections
Supervision of all matters related within Operations Dept.
