Minor Hotels Europe & Americas ricerca un/a Guest Relations Manager da inserire all’interno del Team dell’NH Collection Fori Imperiali.
**GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER - NH COLLECTION FORI IMPERIALI**:
Riportando al Direttore e rappresentando l’Hotel e il Management, la risorsa dovrà occuparsi di:
Garantire la piena soddisfazione e il benessere degli ospiti nell'ottica di assicurare un servizio eccellente in linea con i loro bisogni personali e professionali e con il loro stile di vita;
Affiancare e supportare il Direttore nell'attività commerciale e di promozione della struttura sul territorio locale.
Si ricerca una persona fortemente empatica, orientata all’ospite e alla Guest Experience, capace di stupire, anticipare ed emozionare l’ospite superandone le aspettative. È inoltre una persona creativa, innovativa, flessibile, con una spiccata curiosità e ottime doti relazionali.
Requisiti imprescindibili includono un ottimo standing e una conoscenza fluente di almeno due lingue straniere, oltre all’italiano. Si richiede, inoltre, una buona conoscenza del territorio locale e dei diversi eventi legati al mondo della moda, dell’arte e della cultura.
