Con un’attenzione meticolosa al dettaglio e un servizio su misura, accogliamo gli ospiti in un’atmosfera esclusiva e raffinata.
gestire le richieste speciali e coordinare i servizi interni (concierge, housekeeping, F&B, spa, ecc.);
promuovere i servizi dell’hotel e le esperienze locali con un approccio proattivo;
opportunità di sviluppo professionale con percorsi di formazione interna;
NON OFFRIAMO VITTO E ALLOGGIO.
esperienza pregressa di almeno un anno nel ruolo di Guest Relations Agent Senior in strutture di lusso 5* e boutique hotels;
ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e dell’inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue costituirà un plus);
disponibilità a lavorare in turni flessibili, inclusi weekend, festivi e serate.
