La persona che stiamo cercando dovrà:

  • gestire il guest journey prima, durante e dopo il soggiorno, assicurando un'esperienza fluida e coerente;
  • accogliere e assistere personalmente ospiti VIP, repeaters e high-profile guests;
  • anticipare esigenze e preferenze degli ospiti, offrendo soluzioni personalizzate e proattive;
  • collaborerà a stretto contatto con il Front Office e con tutti i reparti operativi;
  • anticipare e soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti, offrendo un servizio su misura;
  • gestire le richieste speciali e coordinare i servizi interni (concierge, housekeeping, F&B, spa, ecc.);
  • gestire richieste speciali e situazioni complesse con autonomia, empatia e problem solving avanzato;
  • collaborare con i reparti interni (Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, F&B, Spa, ecc.) per garantire un servizio eccellente;
  • promuovere i servizi dell'hotel e le esperienze locali più in linea con il profilo dell'ospite;
  • raccogliere feedback e contribuire al miglioramento continuo della guest experience.

REQUISITI:

  • esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Guest Relations Agent in strutture di lusso 5* e boutique hotels;
  • forte orientamento al cliente e attenzione al dettaglio;
  • capacità di gestione dello stress e delle situazioni delicate;
  • standing curato, professionalità e discrezione;
  • spirito di squadra e collaborazione trasversale;
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e dell'inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue costituirà un plus);
  • eccellenti capacità relazionali, comunicative e di problem solving;
  • disponibilità a lavorare in turni flessibili (inclusi weekend, festivi e serali).
