The team you will be joining is a part of State Street Global Services (SSGS). What you will be responsible for
As Operations Assistant - Associate 1 you will
- Timely and accurately execute instructions in accordance with our clients offering documents provisions and operating procedures;
- Process manual instructions;
- Perform, if required, reporting for internal/external counterparties;
- Timely complete procedural checklist;
- Ensure agreed timelines are adhered to.

- Resolve review points highlighted by senior colleagues and team supervisor and ensure they are kept informed of progress;

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Accountancy or Business related degree (preferred);
- Excellent Italian (written/spoken);
- English proficiency (written/spoken);
- Numeracy / Literacy skills;
- PC literate and competent in use of spreadsheets and word processing;
- Basic understanding of fund administration would be useful.
