You will be shaping the future of CCUS Services by setting strategic priorities, driving capital allocation process, leading origination, and execution strategy of inorganic business development opportunities, contributing to definition of technology development roadmaps, and coordinating.

As a CCUS Services Platform Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Creating the Service strategy, oversee its integration into a larger strategic CCUS roadmap, as well as its execution.
- Owning deep understanding of Applications and market dynamics and strategic positioning regarding Service approach.
- Liaising with CCUS GA Platforms and Technology managers, Product leadership, engineering team and segments, as well as Incubator organization, be responsible for the coordination of the definition and execution of the new products and solutions (NPD) by developing dedicated NPD commercialization plans.
- Working closely with CCUS strategic DTIs Leader, other Segments/Platform Managers, Product Companies organizations and Regional teams, Commercial, and Service Growth in order to understand customers and business goals, prioritize them, and offer the best solution.
- Identifying new and adjacent markets, develop relevant business cases to weigh possible organic and inorganic options, discover potential partners and/or targets, provide recommendations to Growth area leader supporting BH leadership report-out and deployment until hand-off to functions.
- Positioning BH as industry player in the CCUS space, participate to conferences, congress, industry events and to foster a company shared knowledge around CCUS value chain and relevant services.
- Driving execution team across functions and organization with a clear and descriptive set of requirements to ensure delivery according to goal set

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a MSc. in Engineering.
- Have significant experience in similar jobs within CCUS space - Strategy, Product Leadership, Commercial.
- Have proven program management and business analysis skills. Can translate requirements to enterprise software features.
- Have prior experience with a focus on managing technical projects and developing new products.
- Have proven experience in defining service strategy and driving execution. Knowledge of commissioning, maintenance and operation of process plants is an advantage
- Be able to interact with Customers at all levels in the organization and develop customer relationships. Be able to interpret customer economic, process and technical specifications and translate into technical offering.
- Be able to travel domestically and internationally to customer sites or offices.
