**Profile**:
**Main Responsabilities**
- Check the financial strength of suppliers
- Guarantee contractual safety
- Optimize the supplier base for the product category under his/her competence
- Continuous improvement approach in terms of quality of product/service, costs and delivery times
- Capacity to elaborate purchase budgets and annual targets (negotiation of volumes and turnover)
- Reduction of total purchase costs (saving on prices and reduction on the costs of supplier’s no-performance)
- Proactive collaboration with internal offices: Product development, procurement, internal production, quality, costing and legal
- Distribute the KPIs on supplier performances and proactively contribute to develop/improve indicators

**Profile**
- Degree in Management or Industrial Engineering
- 4-5 years’ experience in the role in the fashion industry
- Good numerical skills and understanding of data analysis
- Excellent knowledge of bag’s metal accessories
- Excellent skills of communication helpful to manage the relation with suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Fluent in English and in Italian
