Descrizione del ruolo

Siamo alla ricerca di un Quality Manager responsabile della supervisione e dello sviluppo di sistemi di gestione della qualità conformi alle normative ISO 9001, IATF 16949 e agli standard di processo aziendali. La figura coordinerà i processi di qualità end-to-end, garantirà la conformità dei prodotti e la soddisfazione del cliente, e guiderà il team qualità.

Responsabilità principali

Gestire, migliorare e monitorare il Sistema di Gestione Qualità (QMS) in conformità a ISO 9001 e IATF 16949.

Pianificare e condurre audit interni, supportare audit esterni e di certificazione.

Definire obiettivi, KPI, indicatori di performance e reportistica qualità.

Analizzare dati, gestire non conformità, CAPA e azioni correttive/preventive.

Collaborare con Produzione, R&D, Supply Chain per garantire qualità del prodotto.

Formare e sviluppare il personale su procedure, metodi e standard qualità.

Gestire segnalazioni clienti, reclami tecnici e piani di miglioramento continuo.

Requisiti

Laurea in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Meccanica, Materiali, Chimica) o titolo equivalente.

Conoscenza di strumenti Lean, Six Sigma, metodologie di problem solving.

Ottima padronanza di strumenti statistici e controllo processi.

Eccellenti capacità comunicative e di leadership.

Pregressa esperienza come Quality Manager o ruolo equivalente in contesti certificati ISO/IATF.

Capacità di gestire team, audit complessi e relazioni con clienti e fornitori.

Conoscenza lingua inglese scritto e parlato livello

Ottima capacità di comunicazione in inglese, sia orale che scritta (livello B2 o superiore)

Competenze gradite

Certificazioni qualità (es. CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).

Conoscenza di strumenti ERP/MRP e software gestione qualità.

Esperienza in realtà produttive complesse, idealmente compositi o automotive.

RAL indicativa

Le seguenti fasce retributive sono stime di mercato per la regione Emil-Romagna, aggiornate a fine 2025 - inizio 2026:
Junior Quality Manager: circa €35.000 - €40.000 RAL

Senior Quality Manager: circa €45.000 - € 60.000 RAL
