We are looking for a **Set leader PWT electric drive/transmission** **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the** Coordinator of transmission.**

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the key powertrain SW.

Your responsibilities will focus on being:

- Accountable for components on engineering, quality, costs, compliance duties and deadlines within the technical area from PM or PF milestone
- Accountable for Business Case prep. on possible solutions
- Responsible for tracking targets for engineering, quality, costs, compliance duties and deadlines or implementing measures to reconcile or adjust in coordination with the KEFA/ Prj. Manager
- Accountable for agreements and trade-offs, within your delegation of authority or escalating to KEFA/ CTE in case of deviation outside his/her delegation of authority or veto by SET member, preparing underlying analyses for decision
- Responsible for steering and coordinating assigned SE Teams on engineering, quality, costs and deadlines
- Accountable for tracking timing and costs of components, periodically aligning the Planner
- Accountable for managing budget within your threshold
- Accountable for components modification within your authority, or prepare the documentation for escalation
- Accountable for BoM and FAKOM progress

**About you**
- University Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in electric drive design/development
- Fluent English, German will be considered a plus
- Experience in transmission HW
- Knowledge of ISO26262 and cybersecurity
- Konzern SW process and toolchain (KTK, Chess)
- PC literate and at ease with MS Office products
- Experienced in OEM or tier one component & System design
- Good understanding of component & system design within an APQP or similar framework including FMEA, component planning and PPAP
- Good quality and concern reports management (8D report, 6 sigma)
- Proven track record of delivery of hybrid components/transmission
- Adopt a creative & thoughtful approach to concept design and solving engineering problems (e.g. 8D or PPS) with good attention to detail
- Excellent feasibility assessment skills including design for manufacture and DFMEA input
- Experience in component release, BOM management and problem solving
- Ability to communicate clearly with design and development groups
- Well organised, delivery focused - with demonstrable record of on-time delivery
- Good team skills, willingness to work cross-functionally
- An ability to deliver under pressure with an appetite for success
- A passion for high performance Powertrain engineering
- A positive, proactive attitude, self-reliant with a high level of self-motivation
- An engaging mind, open to new problems outside their normal comfort zone
- A willingness to engage in debate and discussion
