We are seeking a dynamic and motivated intern to join our team in the role of Colleagues Communications and Employer Branding. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to both internal and external communications, foster a positive employer brand, and leverage data analytics for informed decision-making in Talent & Performance Management.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
Support the implementation of the Employer Branding strategy across diverse channels as Linkedin & relative social medias in alignment with communication team and brand values
Reinforce relationships with the academic world (universities, high schools and technical institutes) acting as a single trusted reference point of contact
Organize and attend main employer branding events (career fairs, open days, site visits, special events)
Support the communication strategy through different corporate channels (internal and external)
Utilize data analytics capabilities to gather insights that support internal process
Analyze metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proficiency use of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
Fluent English speaker
Communication and interpersonal skills
Content editing skills
