Inside of Key Partner group, User Group is an innovative startup conceived to offer software products and highly specialized competences meant to support our Clients’ digital transformation. We want to gather our Clients around a table, share lessons learned and ideas on shared issues, discover new requirements to guide the development of our services and products. We aim to create an enterprise user group. We are currently focusing on the API Management trend topic, offering our Clients services to define their enterprise API Strategy and a companion software product: ApiShare. ApiShare is the brand we created to complement our end-to-end API Management solution. The objective is to elevate the client’s business assets to the state of Digital Products. Our product facilitates APIs and APPs discovery, enforces the governance, makes the dissemination and customer onboarding as easy as possible.
As a Tech Customer Success, you will join our Customer Success Team with the aim of supporting pre-sales activities (Demos and POCs), managing onboarding activities and maximizing the value of products and services delivered to our customers.
Outstanding communication skills, ability to lead presentations with considerable storytelling abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills are critical to the success of this role.
**Strategic objectives**
- Support pre-sales activities (with Demos, POCs, etc.)
- Onboard new Clients on our Products
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal User Group stakeholders, such as Support and Product teams
**Activities**
- Present Demos and work on POCs to support our Pre-sales team
- Support Clients during their onboarding journey preparing and presenting training sessions, themed workshops and collecting their feedback and suggestions on product features, functionality and onboarding best practices
- Help to expand our Product capability discuss Clients needs with the Product Team to positively influence both the product roadmap and our internal best practices
**Basic qualifications**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead workshops presentations with consistent storytelling with a high degree of comfort speaking with figures such as Executives, IT Management, developers and business leaders
- Proactive organization of time and tasks
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with well-developed interpersonal & communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
- Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering / Computer Science / STEM degree
- Fluent in Italian and English (any other language is a plus)
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Knowledge and passion in API Management topics
- Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Application Integration
- Knowledge of one or more API Gateways
**Seniority and Experience**
This job opportunity is specifically aimed at individuals who have recently obtained their bachelor's degree in a relevant technology-related field, even if they have little to no professional experience in this particular industry or limited experience of up to two year
