As part of a dynamic & leader real estate company, the Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining internal procedures, assisting with documentation, supporting management, and liaising with clients and service providers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and maintain company documentation, reports, and databases
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide administrative support to executives and other departments
- Assist with filing systems and records management (digital and physical)
- Liaise with external suppliers, partners, and public offices

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative or office assistant roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian & English)
- Discretion, reliability, and problem-solving attitude
- High school diploma required; degree in administration or related fields is a plus

**How to Apply**:
**RAL | Gross annual salary**:

- €24,000 to €30,000, depending on experience, skills, and ability to quickly adapt to the role.
