We are looking for an **IT Service Management** to join the Service Management team base in our HQ in Piombino Dese (PD).

The function ensures the effectiveness and the validation of all processes referred to IT Systems and Services, as well as gather evidence, define and monitor KPIs in order to meet all applicable internal and regulatory requirements. The function is part of a corporate team, with multi-site responsibility.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Experience in ITIL process design and practice
- Experience in managing and coordinating the Service Desk function (major service incidents, ensure service restoration, managing actions, )
- Verification and monitoring of KPIs for management of anomalies
- Proactivity in the management and optimization of Service Management processes
- Ability to analyze procedures and gather evidence
- Analysis and Reporting Design
- Experience in supporting the implementation of company tools for process management
- Training material elaboration and training execution

**Qualifications**
- Academic background in IT
- 3-4 years of experience working with on Service Management processes that meet the business needs and are aligned to ITIL best practice
- Project Management Skills
- Knowledge on market ITSM Platform
- MS SharePoint site Skills
- Research and self-study attitude
- Good written and oral communication skills in Italian and English language
