**Why Kyndryl**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Working in the finance team, within the statutory accounting team
- Reconciling USGAAP-ITAGAAP accounting
- Payroll interface with HR department
- Focus on intangible assets
- Preparation of financial statements and reports interim and yearly
- Preparation of consolidated financial statement
- Support to Tax Department for Tax Return
- Supporting the transition to the accounting system SAP in compliance with the local requirements
- Relation with External Auditors
- Preparing ad hoc reporting based on customer contract requirements

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Italian GAAP (OIC) principles
- Knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
- SAP knowledge
- English language
- Digital skills, especially Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Teamwork ability, analytical skills, flexibility and proactiveness

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Work experience in GAAP accounting holdings Italian branches
- Work experience in big4 companies
