About the Team
The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic Growth Manager to help us grow the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. In this role, you will be working to incentivise creators through 1:many education, campaigns and promotions, un-managed, beginner creators with the hopes of growing them into consistent and monetising creators.
This role requires someone who can be a structured project manager, excellent communicator, master executor, and great data analyst, as you will have to constantly measure success in order to iterate your strategies.

**Responsibilities**:

- In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilise emerging creators in Italy in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
- Define strategies & operation actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets. Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers.
- Coordinate creation & deployment video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers. Plan, write copy and deploy in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate & monetisation.
- Build a Emerging Creators Community, decide on the best channel, and be the 'face' of the Community.
- Create, configure and launch Emerging Campaigns (Competitions) with rewards. Customise campaigns to defined Emerging layers, monitor their effectiveness, tailor campaign tasks and gameplay. Localise campaigns to country's cultural moments.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Marketing to deploy all above activities.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:

- 4+ years of working experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles
- Strong project management and organisation skills.
- Comfortable reading & manipulating data on a daily basis. Able to generate hypothesis from data, and continuously iterate approach.
- Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills. English and Italian is required to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in tech or content platforms is preferred.
- Ability to converse in other languages, such as Chinese, is advantageous.
