RUBIX S.p.A., leader nella distribuzione di prodotti tecnici per l’industria, con

fatturato annuo di oltre 300 ML €, facente parte del Gruppo internazionale RUBIX,

ricerca un Sales support da inserire nel team vendita della filiale di Trento.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- sviluppo delle offerte commerciali,
- gestione degli ordini (dall'inserimento attraverso il gestionale aziendale, al monitoraggio fino all'evasione),
- preparazione di reportistica commerciale tramite il programma Excel,
- gestione della corrispondenza e dei rapporti con clienti, nazionali ed esteri, dei fornitori, tramite mail/telefono,
- collaborazione con il personale di magazzino per garantire che gli ordini vengano evasi correttamente,
- cooperazione con l’ufficio acquisti per l’approvvigionamento dei prodotti richiesti,
- confronto con l’ufficio amministrazione per i pagamenti delle fatture e possibili insoluti.

Completano il profilo la capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità e problem solving.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì

Tipi di retribuzione supplementare:

- Quattordicesima
- Tredicesima

Esperienza:

- back office commerciale: 1 anno (Preferenziale)
