Per importante struttura 5*Lusso nel centro di Milano, siamo alla ricerca di un porter\doorman per la portineria dell'hotel.

Le mansioni principali saranno:

- Accogliere gli ospiti all'arrivo e alla partenza
- Aprire e Chiudere la porta principale dell'Hotel per l'entrata e l'uscita degli ospiti
- Assistere gli ospiti con i bagagli, compreso il trasporto da e per le loro camere
- Prendere in consegna le chiavi della macchina degli ospiti, effettuare il controllo di eventuali Dani e chiamare il garage di recupero. Sia in fase di arrivo che di partenza.
- Per facilitare il soggiorno dei nostri clienti, aiutandoli con tutto ciò di cui hanno bisogno
- Fornire informazioni sull'hotel, sui servizi disponibili e sui consigli locali.
- Comunicare incidente e notizie nell'area di loro competenza che identificano il dipartimento di accoglienza
- Lavorare in collaborazione con altri reparti, come la reception, Guest experience, concerne e le pulizie, per garantire un servizio regolare.

Requisiti
- Esperienza nel ruolo 2-3 anni in strutture 5* e 5* Lusso
- Ottime doti relazionali, gestionali e organizzative
- Orientamento al cliente e al risultato
- Indispensabile conoscenza della lingue inglese preferibilmente ulteriore lingua e conoscenza dei standard The Leading Hotels of The Word

Retribuzione: €1.200,00 - €1.500,00 al mese
