**ATTIVITA’**:
- Garantisce che venga fornito un efficiente e professionale servizio di supporto specialistico ai clienti on line, incollaborazione con tutti gli stakeholder, in relazione ai prodotti Gaming;
- Fornisce tutte le informazioni richieste e gestisce con successo ed immediatezza la risoluzione dei problemi posti dal cliente negli interventi di assistenza, in relazione ai prodotti Gaming;
- Collabora con gli altri dipartimenti per il supporto degli utenti finali;
- Supporta tutte le attività di pianificazione e realizzazione di progetti legati ai prodotti gaming;
- Gestisce il ciclo di vita delle promozioni aggiornando tutte le vetrine, sia desktop che mobile, per le attività promozionali dell’area Gaming;
- Gestisce le analisi delle attività promozionali e dibenchmarking in relazione ai prodotti Gaming
- Verifica ed accredita bonus legati ai prodotti dell’area Gaming;
- Supporta la creazione di nuove e innovative promozioni dell’area Gaming;
- Supporta il resto del team nell’analisi e nella stesura del report Gaming giornaliero, settimanale, periodale e mensile;
- Supporta il resto del team in tutte le analisi volte al miglioramento delle performance di prodotto;
- Collabora con gli altri componenti del Team Gaming nelle attività giornaliere e ricorrenti;
- Collabora alla gestione delle segnalazioni di frodi, collusion e bonus hunting.
**CARATTERISTICHE**:
- Diplomato o Laureato;
- Precedente esperienza maturata in posizioni analoghe e/o di sviluppo del prodotto;
- Forti capacità motivazionali e creatività;
- Ottime doti di analisi e capacità organizzative;
- Capacità di muoversi in autonomia, flessibile, dinamico e con spiccate doti di iniziativa
- Eccellenti capacità interpersonali e capacità di interagire bene a tutti i livelli aziendali
- Passione per gli sport di maggiore interesse in Italia e profonda conoscenza del mondo sportivo;
- Ottime capacità di utilizzo del computer, pacchetto Office ed uso di Internet;
- Abilità a trattare con confidenzialità tutte le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- La posizione è full time.
