Sotto la responsabilità dell'Area Sales Manager e in collaborazione con il Technical Account Manager, come New Business Manager avrai come missione principale la promozione e l’acquisizione di nuovi clienti (distributori, OEM e carrozzerie indipendenti) nella tua area di competenza. Grazie alle tue capacità in ambito commerciale e a dinamismo e proattività, raggiungerai i target e gli obiettivi di vendita acquisendo nuovi clienti e sviluppando l'attuale portafoglio. **R**esponsabilità**: - Promozione e implementazione di servizi "Business Solution" (audit della carrozzeria, analisi dei dati, riparazione veloce ecc.) - Incremento, sviluppo e monitoraggio del volume e della qualità del proprio portafoglio per le carrozzerie dei segmenti A e B, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di vincita netta - Sviluppo relazioni commerciali con potenziali clienti e collaborazione con il Technical Account Manager per trasformare le opportunità di acquisizione in ottenimento di nuovi clienti - Collaborazione a stretto contatto con il Technical Account Manager per sviluppare quote di mercato con i clienti chiave esistenti, in linea e grazie agli accordi nazionali (OEM, influencer, reti di distribuzione, accordi locali) - Lavoro a stretto contatto con il team BDM per individuare nuovi obiettivi e implementare nuove approvazioni OEM e accordi commerciali nazionali/regionali - Identificazione proattiva di nuove opportunità - Promozione e vendita di corsi di formazione técnica (carrozzerie e distributori) in coordinamento con il Technical Account Manager **Requisiti**: - Esperienza in ambito Commerciale e Business Development - Capacità di negoziazione e di convincimento - Analisi personalizzata delle esigenze del cliente - Orientamento al risultato - Conoscenza del prodotto, non paint, colore e conoscenze informatiche, orientato al servizio clienti - Perfetta conoscenza del processo di applicazione e del processo di riparazione della carrozzeria - Conoscenza del business delle carrozzerie e dei suoi indicatori chiave di prestazione - Capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità **ABOUT US**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
