**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead the development of comprehensive payment strategies aligned with the unique needs and objectives of our business banking clients, leveraging your deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor to our business clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative payment solutions to optimize their financial processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design customized payment solutions tailored to the specific requirements of our business clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and processes.
4. Drive the development of new payment products and services that meet the evolving needs of our business clients, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the business payment landscape, informing strategic decision-making and positioning our offerings for success.
6. Assess and mitigate risks associated with payment operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while safeguarding the interests of our business clients.
7. Stay abreast of industry developments and thought leadership in the business payment domain, sharing insights and best practices internally and externally to enhance our reputation as a trusted advisor and innovator.
8. Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration, drive business development and enhance our competitive position in the market.
**Requirements**:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
2. Possess a minimum of X years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on business banking, payment operations, or financial consulting.
3. Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex payment strategies that drive business value and competitive advantage.
4. Exhibit a strong customer-centric mindset, with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with business clients and delivering solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
5. Display creativity and innovation in developing payment solutions and driving product innovation, with a passion for exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve financial processes.
6. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
7. Thrive in a collaborative team environment, working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver results.
8. Maintain a deep understanding of business banking, payment systems, and financial regulations, with a keen awareness of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
9. Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements related to payments, including PSD2.
10. Proficiency in using banking systems and payment platforms, such as SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, and other electronic payment networks will be a plus.
