What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Sportsbook Platform and in particular in the business / management Betting reporting directly to the Sportsbook Platform Director;- You will have the opportunity to be involved in shaping the strategic direction and optimizing revenue and customer engagement within our sportsbook department. - You will oversee demand forecasting for sportsbook offerings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of forecasts based on market conditions and customer trends. - You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for new sportsbook features or enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. - You will participate in the review and approval process of Functional Analysis documents for sportsbook-related projects, ensuring alignment with user requirements and strategic goals. - You will provide regular reports on demand trends, customer engagement metrics, and revenue performance, presenting findings to management in clear and concise presentations. - You will establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand management, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve performance targets. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives, ensuring alignment of sportsbook demand goals with other departments. - You will ensure regulatory compliance of sportsbook operations, documenting compliance efforts and reporting to regulatory bodies as required.

Who you are:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in gambling industry or international companies;- You have a degree in Engineering, Science or Economics;- You have excellent knowledge of knowledge of project management and governance, requirements definition and rationalization, planning and budgeting process, stakeholders management;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are proactive and organized, with ability estimate and plan your activities according to the priorities of the projects you follow;- You know how use Excel for data analysis and ServiceNow for managing service requests and workflows.

Preferrably, you also have:
- Previous experience in IT project ad project management;- Basic knowledge of sports betting industry landscape. What we offer you/you can expect from us:
