This Position reports to:
Finance Controller

As a Global Early Talent Program in Finance participant, you will get hands-on responsibility from the start. The exceptional people you work with, the challenging projects you tackle, and the global scale of our business will give the experience you need to build a world-class career in finance.

For this particular position, you will be working within the Finance Team in Bergamo, Italy.

The program is made up of three assignments in different roles with the starting date in the **first days of April 2026**

1) One nine-month assignment in your home country as an introduction to the business.

2) One six-month assignment abroad to get an overview of ABB’s operations in a different environment/role and work on an exciting assignment with a different team, expanding your network.

3) One nine-month assignment back to the home country/home business, where you will deepen your knowledge of the business and of your function.

During the program we will take the participants on a leadership competency development journey. The last rotation will also be the time where the participants start to look for their final position, to be started after the end of the program.

**Your role and responsabilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform a vital position in contributing to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will make a positive impact on business operations by supporting and collaborating with the business. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the comprehensive Global Early Talent Program as per the plan.

This role is contributing to the Smart Power Business in Bergamo.

You will be mainly accountable for:

- Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed.

- Contributing to multiple assignments with clearly defined Key Performance Indicators across various countries to broaden your experience and further develop intercultural skills.

- Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.

- Participating in required formal training programs (e.g., Leadership Challenge Program, specific functional training) to develop personal, functional, and leadership skills.

We support and inspire you to step out of your comfort zone to develop your leadership and management skills as well as your communication skills.

**Qualifications for the Role**:

- You are a recent graduate (preferably Master’s level) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields

- You may have professional experience in the finance function

- You master the English language, other languages are a plus

- You are a good communicator, both orally and in writing

- You think global and like working in teams

- You are curious, resilient and open to new ideas

- You like details and accuracy

- You hold current work permit valid in Italy and Europe
