Per nostro importante cliente, leader nel settore della componentistica dei sistemi di fissaggio industriale, ricerchiamo un/a:
**Head of Sales Italy - Industry 4.0**

La risorsa, a diretto riporto dell’Amministratore Delegato, si occuperà della definizione delle strategie commerciali e dello sviluppo business, coordinando la forza sales (circa 20 persone) sul territorio nazionale.

Principali Responsabilità:

- Gestione e coordinamento del team Sales a livello Nazionale;
- Identificazione di nuove opportunità di business e sviluppo di relazioni a lungo termine con clienti acquisiti e potenziali;
- Sviluppo e implementazione di strategie di vendita per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita dell’azienda;
- Negoziazione di contratti con i clienti e gestione delle relazioni commerciali, assicurando una Customer Experience di alto livello;
- Gestione, monitoraggio attività e valutazione delle performance del team sales;
- Collaborazione con le funzioni interne quali Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations.

Requisiti e skills:

- Laurea, preferibilmente in campo economico ad indirizzo marketing;
- Almeno 5 anni di esperienza maturata come Sales Manager/Director in ambito componentistica customizzata e/o servizi nell’area industriale;
- Esperienza nello sviluppo e gestione di progetti Industria 4.0, Smart Solution o Digital Innovation;
- Abilità nell’utilizzo di strumenti di analisi del mercato e delle performance di vendita;
- Ottime doti relazionali, comunicative e capacità negoziali;
- Orientamento al risultato, alla soddisfazione del cliente ed alla crescita aziendale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
