**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan HQ
- Newly graduates or 6 months stage esperience in Supply Chain
- 12 months Temporary Contract
- Passion about Supply Chain and Order Management
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English and Italian

**Position Summary**:
In this role you will support business for the customer service activities, order management and reports. In this role you will be highly involved in administrative activities, reporting and customer complaint resolution for the Customer Service Department. This position is responsible for providing a customer end to end support troughout the order management process for Nestlè products.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Order management activities:

- Demand capture (sap table maintenance, order entry)
- Order modification(Pricing, quantity, request delivery date)
- Take corrective actions to resolve issues impacting order flow
- Daily contact with customers, sales force and internal customers (Pricing set up, credit, logistics,sales support)
- Collect all the customers requests and forward them to the proper department

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- Newly graduates in Economics or 6 months stage esperience in Supply Chain
- Passion about Supply Chain and Order Management
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Being proactive and showing good communication skills
