**Your Role and Responsibilities**

We’re looking for someone who excels at creativity and being resourceful — and incredibly curious - you are jazzed by technology, culture initiatives and fun storytelling and working with colleagues in different countries to help develop the brand awareness and inspire employees and build believe in the importance of their work. You are a terrific writer and are quick to embrace contemporary external and internal communications approaches.

The professional will collaborate on projects, provide recommendations, track progress, and continually increase effectiveness. The position requires a deep understanding of Kyndryl and its departments, regions, functions, and strategy to motivate Kyndryls to be “The Heart of Progress.” In addition to communicating with various departments within Kyndryl Italy, the professional will coordinate with global communication teams to ensure a unified external and internal corporate message. The professional creates content in Italian and English, and hence needs to have strong project-management skills and be highly proficient in writing in Italian and English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to creation and execution of Italy external and internal communications plan to support Kyndryl Italy objectives and senior executives in engaging Kyndryl employees and driving culture.
- Organize media interviews in liaison with the PR agency.
- Prepare media briefing doc for speakers and media coach them.
- Write press releases, media alert, op-eds and translate WW announcements
- Develop social plan and write social posts
- Deliver quality content consistently, ethically, professionally, and on time in the face of demanding deadlines, while demonstrating discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Gather employee stories and communicate them through various formats.
- Help manage and maintain the internal Kyndryl Italy intranet and participate to deliver internal comm supports (Newsletter, flash info.)
- Collect, organize, and deploy cross-functional content and messaging by collaborating with external communications, corporate social responsibility, human resources and legal affairs, and other units.
- Promote effective communication activities using internal tools.
- Collaborate closely with teammates on cross-corporate affairs campaigns and, at times, work independently.
- Establish deep understanding of Kyndryl’s strategies and priorities, key market trends, competitive landscape, and Kyndryl's points of differentiation.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 3+ years of proven experience developing and delivering communications programs in a corporate or agency setting.
- Adept at content development (PowerPoint and other mediums)
- Proficiency in Italian and English (writing and speaking)
- Experience driving social engagement via LinkedIn and other platforms a plus
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree with Concentration in Communications or Journalism

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- 3+ years of proven experience developing and delivering communications programs in a corporate or agency setting.
- Adept at content development (PowerPoint and other mediums)
- Proficiency in Italian and English (writing and speaking)
- Experience driving social engagement via LinkedIn and other platforms a plus
