- RINA is currently recruiting for a **Internship - ESG and Sustainability Credit Lines Trainee** to join its office in Genoa within the ESG and Sustainability Project Management Division.

**Mission**
- The Trainee will support other project managers throughout the project life cycle and will be trained to support the execution of project plans, to support in administrative tasks related to the contract, the scope, and the budget.

- Your primary focus during this internship will be on learning and actively supporting the Project Manager in various pivotal activities:
- Project Management:

- Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans and in executing essential administrative tasks related to the project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Help in crafting project timelines and establishing milestones to keep progress aligned with goals.
- Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve collective project objectives.
- Offer support to team members in their tasks and responsibilities, fostering morale and team spirit.
- Contribute to creating a positive and collaborative workspace that emphasizes teamwork.
- Coordination:

- Aid the Project Manager in ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Serve as a communication bridge between project teams and departments to enhance coordination.
- Budget Management:

- Engage in developing accurate project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget variances and propose corrective actions when necessary to ensure financial compliance.
- Quality Assurance:

- Collaborate with the project team to maintain high-quality deliverables that meet established standards.
- Implement and supervise quality assurance processes throughout the project phases.
- Documentation:

- Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and project timelines to ensure transparency and clarity.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project proposals, contracts, and essential documentation, ensuring all materials are organized and easily accessible.
- Reporting:

- Generate regular project status reports for both internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone informed.
- Provide updates during team meetings on project milestones, risks, and issues.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Spot opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency improvements throughout project execution.
- Implement lessons learned from previous projects to foster innovation.

**Education**
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics**Qualifications**
- Education: Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Economics is preferred.
- Language Skills:

- Fluent in English and Italian, enabling effective communication in a multi-lingual environment.
- Technical Proficiency:

- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, ensuring competent handling of essential software for project management tasks.
