**Medov Logistics**is a high experienced Logistics provider with a group of professionals based in our offices in Genoa, Hamburg, Singapore and Miami providing Global Logistics Operations & Project Management for the maritime and cruise industry.

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for someone passioned about logistics and maritime/cruise industry, project management and motivated in starting their career in an international environment as Project Logistics Trainee.

The Project Logistics Trainee is part of the team helping the Project Logistics Manager in planning, coordinating and driving logistics activities for newbuilds, vessels in dry dock, deliveries on board and special projects, ensuring that all logistics operations are accomplished according to the project scope, timelines and budget.

The Project Logistics Trainee assists the Manager in serving as the logistics liaison for assigned vessels/projects, working with shipowners, suppliers, vendors, buyers, Superintendents and shipboard personnel, identifying cost saving opportunities/efficiencies in delivery and new revenue streams.

On top of this, Project Logistics Trainee will support the Manager in managing, studying and realizing new warehouse solution and coordinating it too.

**Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to**:

- Follow Logistical plans for dry docks, newbuilds, and special projects including timelines, schedules and consolidation points of owners’ supplies.
- Loading/unloading operations
- Warehouse operations
- PO Management
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Customs

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Fluency in English
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Proactivity
