HR Generalist - Internship

Job Responsibilities
- Supportare la realizzazione di programmi di engagement dedicati ai dipendenti
- Supporto al fleet management
- Condurre analisi quantitative attraverso Excel
- Supportare la predisposizione di presentazioni e report
- Interfacciarsi con i dipendenti e offrire supporto nella condivisione di feedback e risposte relativamente a richieste pervenute
- La risorsa verrà altresì coinvolta all’interno di progetti speciali e trasversali in ambito HR

Requirements
- Laurea in Economia, Business Administration
- Preferibile Master in HR Management
- Inglese fluente (C1/C2)
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office (specialmente Excel e PowerPoint)
- Passione verso il mondo HR e interesse anche per gli aspetti più analytics del ruolo
- Abilità nella gestione di più progetti
- Capacità relazionali
