Union Gas e Luce, realtà attiva nel settore dell’energia, impegnata ogni giorno a costruire un rapporto solido e duraturo con i propri clienti attraversosoluzioni innovative, sostenibili e orientate al servizio, è alla ricerca di un/una Customer Experience Specialist da inserire all’interno del team Marketing, pressola sede di Aversa.

La risorsa selezionata, a diretto riporto del direttore Marketing, si occuperà di presidiare e ottimizzare l’esperienza dei clienti in tutti i touchpoint aziendali,adottando un approccio customer-centric e orientato alla qualità del servizio.

Principali responsabilità:

- Monitorare e analizzare i customer journey, individuando punti critici e opportunità di miglioramento
- Elaborare proposte strategiche per aumentare la soddisfazione e la fidelizzazione del cliente
- Collaborare con i team Customer Care, Digital e Operations per l'implementazione di interventi correttivi/migliorativi
- Supportare le attività di ascolto attivo (survey, analisi feedback, indagini di soddisfazione)

Competenze ed esperienze richieste:

- Esperienza pregressa in ambito Customer Experience e Marketing
- Sarà considerato un requisito preferenziale l’aver maturato esperienza nel settore Utilities
- Conoscenza avanzata di Excel, PowerPoint e Canva
- Preferibile il possesso di una laurea in Marketing o discipline affini; saranno comunque valutati anche profili con esperienza significativa nel ruolo
- Capacità di mappare e analizzare i customer journey
- Padronanza di strumenti come Google Analytics, CRM, BI tools (es. Power BI, Tableau)
- Familiarità con CRM e marketing automation
- Capacità di gestione progetti trasversali e collaborazione interfunzionale
- Ottime doti comunicative, spirito analitico, proattività e problem solving

SI OFFRE:

- Contratto e RAL saranno definiti in base al livello di esperienza e seniority del profilo selezionato
