As a recognized Academy, NABA offers academic diplomas equivalent to first and second level university degrees in the fields of design, fashion, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, set design, and visual arts and looks for:
Communication and Events Specialist
Reporting hierarchically to the School Director and functionally to the Communication & PR Manager, Communication and Events Specialist, supports the marketing and communication activities according to the agreed strategy and to NABA processes and internal structures. Contributes to the production of online and offline communications materials, media and PR activities, projects and events organization, helping to maintain the quality standards, the brand image alignment as well as the correct and consistent positioning of the School.
- Handles the production of offline and online promotional materials contents on a national and international level (e.i. brochures, flyers, enrollment materials, ADV campaigns), according to the NABA overall strategy and the institutional and enrolment activities of the School (e.g. Exhibitions, Fashion show, lectures, Open Days, Main student contests etc.);
- Handles the collection and production of contents for NABA website related to projects/events (i.e. “News and Events” section), in both Italian and English languages, which partially affects the social media editorial plan (in collaboration with Digital Marketing Team and the Media Content Unit) and in collaboration with them assures the consistency with the brand guidelines;
- Handles to the production, and realization of Academy events and activities, respecting timing and planning, in order to provide the best organizational conditions for the events to be realized (in collaboration with the different internal and external stakeholders, etc.) and to be properly communicated (for both pre
- and post-event promotional purposes).
- Coordinates and implements the PR & Media relations activities, through the external PR agency, making sure that NABA projects and brand are promoted in a proper, coordinated and consistent manner;
- Coordinates, in collaboration with the Media Content Unit, the production of video and photo shootings related to events and possible promotional topics.
He/she has a familiarity with contents and languages of the Academy areas (fashion design, cinema and animation, visual arts, communication, design, etc.)
Furthermore, he/she has solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office, an ability to identify target audience preferences and build pertinent and engaging content to meet them; project management skills and an ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlines, is detail-oriented, strategic thinker and problem solver.
